Vinas Electronics Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of PCBA located in Shenzhen, China. With ten years of development, from a small scale PCB assembly company, Vinas grows into a first-class manufacturer that could provide HDI and SMT ( surface mounting technology) service as one unit. Vinas exclusively offers OEM service to domestic and overseas high technology enterprises and companies. Our parent company is IBE GROUP, was founded in Sep 28, 1998, in order to give our the customer a better service and be more competitive in this market, from 2010 we stepped into printed circuit boards. Now hold 1200 employees, with 21000sq.m. of production and office area. We can offer one-stop service from PCB design, manufacture to PCB assembly, testing and housing, with in-time delivery after 10 years of successful experience on the global EMS market. Our PCB production capacity can reach 40000 sq.m. per month and EMS assembling capacity at 30, 000, 000 components per month. We have rich technology in manufacturing PCB. We can deliver 2layer sample within 24 hours, 4-8 layer PCB in 3-5 working days. For the batch quantity for double side PCB, the lead time is 3-5 working days and 4-8 layer PCB is 5-8 days. We have imported the advanced machinery from the US, Japan, Germany in order to improve our production and technical ability. We have set a great AOI and drilling hole machine in the PCB field. We have a highly developed R& D division which has helped our factory successfully produce mechanical microvia and high density impedance and HDI. We constanly adjust, rectify and introduce into advanced management system, adding advanced high speed SMT machine, multifunctional SMT machine, 12 wet HAL lead free hot air reflow machine and AOI machine facilities, we ensure our customers with high quality, speedy SMT the services. And we set special service such as high difficulty, high density IC Rework and IC soldering ( such as BGA chip rework and soldering and BGA reballing) . We have been strongly focusing on quality, cost, service, and experience continuous growth. We has succeeded in passing the certification of international quality systems as ISO 9001, UL and ISO14001 environmental quality system. We provide One-Stop service from PCB to PCBA and a wide range of PCB from double-sided board up to 22 layers board, which used in telecommunication, computer application, industrial control, high-end consumer electronics, automobile, medical treatment, etc. From quick turn prototypes for R& D to medium production and high volume production for all kinds of electronic industries and more over 90% of our products are exported to Europe, America.
